Horse equipment can include a wide variety of items. Aside from riding gear, items for grooming, feeding, and caring for the animal are also very important. Before investing in a horse, it is important to research the expenses for proper care.

Stabling a horse requires many pieces of horse equipment. Food, feeders, medical equipment, and other such items are often overlooked but can add quite a bit of expense. Horse shoeing equipment is also a necessary expense in caring for these animals.

Horse equipment relating to first aid and medical care for the animal is important to have on hand at all times. Hoof care products are absolutely essential. Having a general first aid kit for minor wounds is also recommended.
